Fourth of July Preview

Independence Day is (almost) here! One day out and that’s reason to celebrate! Get the party started early tonight for Flip Night. And here’s a lineup of fun going on through the week and weekend to celebrate America!

Tonight: The fourth annual Independence Eve Celebration is at Civic Center Park. The Colorado Symphony will provide the tunes as fireworks light up skies in the background. Here’s a quick tip: Lawn seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis; blankets or low-rise concert/beach chairs are encouraged.

More Shows This Weekend:

• At Coors Field, catch the Rockies take on the Dodgers during a three-game homestand, July 2-4. There will be a spectacular fireworks show following the July 3 and 4 games!
• The Colorado Rapids are taking on the New York Red Bulls at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park on July 4. Stick around for the fireworks display after the game! There’s another match on Sunday, July 7 against the D.C. United.
• Over at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, the Denver Outlaws will battle it out against the New York Lizards on July 4. After the game, enjoy fireworks within the bowl at Sports Authority Field – pyrotechnics paired with visuals on a 220-foot wide, hi-definition screen.
